Antonina Ciarcia ( Nina ) married Angelo Mazza in her home town of Canicattina Bagni, Italy on April 11, 1949. Later that year, they emigrated to the United States - settling in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nina's Cookies owner's, Maryann ( Mazza ) Whitehead & Lucille Mazza carry on the traditions they learned in their mother’s kitchen. Traditions passed from generation to generation.
